Opal's structural shell — a steel frame wrapped in Insulated sandwich panel wall system — keeps the interior thermally regulated and quiet. Off-white enamel ceiling panels and a timber-look vinyl floor give the living zone a clean, bright finish.
The Opal L shaped kitchen comes pre-installed and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the available space — an L-shaped layout with upper and lower cabinetry, durable matte black benchtop, and a stainless steel sink.
The Opal bathroom comes largely pre-fitted, with final plumbing connections completed by a licensed tradesperson after installation. The layout is designed to maximise space while maintaining a clean, modern feel, with durable finishes suited to regular use.
The Opal is finished with a classic gable roof — a pitched profile that adds character to the silhouette and sheds rain cleanly into integrated full-length gutters on both sides. Beneath the steel sheeting, an enhanced insulation layer improves thermal performance and helps keep interior temperatures stable through the seasons.
